Problem Statement

This company was losing bids because of a complicated process that caused long delays in providing quotes to potential customers. They were experiencing significant delays in their RFQ request process, as well.

Solution

  • We worked with the customer to migrate to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
  • We configured integration with Office 365 for ease of use.
  • We configured integration with AS400 ERP for access to customer histories and product catalogs.

  • The customer has reported that vendors and customers have provided very positive feedback about quick response times. Quotes are to the potential customer in a matter of minutes, rather than days.
  • The Sales department can now access all customer and product current and historical information with the click of a mouse, giving them the ability to provide immediate and accurate information to potential customers.
